Attorney Buried At Kenton On Sunday

KENTON, May 19 - The remains of Eli J. Stickle, 73, prominent Kenton Attorney, who died following an illness of four weeks suffering from complications of diseases and an infected foot, were laid to rest yesterday afternoon in Grove cemetery.

The services were conducted from the Masonic Temple, this city, with public services in charge of Rev. G. L. Burghard, of the Church of Christ, assisted by G. Webster Moore, Hamilton, Ohio, former pastor of the Church of Christ. The Scottish rite funeral services were rendered by the Toledo Consistery.

Attorney Stickle was for more than 39 years engaged in the practice of law here, and had always taken an active part in civics and church activities of the community. (published in The Lima News, Monday, May 19, 1930)
